SUMMARY:3rd Annual Diversity Career Fair
DESCRIPTION:The fair is geared toward increasing the diversity within our agency including the diversity of though by reaching out to California educational institutions\, workforce development organizations\, leadership associations and job boards in order to reach as many californians as possible. The goal being to inform individuals that we have opportunities for employment as well as share information about what our agency does. \n\nWe will be offering individuals the option to take hardcopy training and experience assessments onsite as well as offer information on Cal HR's CalCareer portal and their examinations in addition to two workshops\; one on interviewing tips and another on how to get a state job. \n\nThis event is free and we encourage interested individuals to attend and find out how their skills and expertise can be used within the agency.
