DESCRIPTION:Avenue Q is a truly unique show that has quickly become a favorite for audiences everywhere. Addressing humorous adult issues\, this musical is similar to a beloved children's show\; a place where puppets are friends\, monsters are good and life lessons are learned. This show is filled with gut-busting humor and a delightfully catchy score\, not to mention puppets! Winner of the TONY "Triple Crown" for Best Musical\, Best Score and Best Book\, Avenue Q is part flesh\, part felt\, and packed with heart.\n\n\n\nPerformed by the Huntington Beach Academy for the Performing Arts\, our first musical of the season will premiere the weekend of October 17th-19th and will repeat the next weekend\, October 24th-26th.\n\nShow time is nightly at 7:30\, with 2:00 matinees (only) on Sundays.\n\n\n\nEnjoy this show in the historic auditorium on the Huntington Beach High School campus.\n\nTickets can be purchased online at www.hbapa.org or over the phone at 714.536.2514 ext4025.\n\nTickets are $22 for adults and $16 for students/seniors 65+.\n\nTickets will also be available two hours before show time.
