DESCRIPTION:Attend the first KILO Training Camp at the KILO Strength Society in Huntington Beach\, California! This five-day PRIMEIGHT Training Camp will take place December 2-6\, 2016 and is $1\,750.00USD.\n\n \n\nTo quote training author\, Dietmar Schmidtbleicher\, "Strength is the mother of all qualities". In this five-day camp\, you will complete a total of 8 workouts dedicated to increasing the strength in the eight primary lifts\, along with one Conditioning session followed by an afternoon of rest and recovery.\n\n \n\nClass time will be dedicated to the art of Program Design. The topics will range from Programming for the Primary Lifts to Long Term Periodization.\n\n \n\nCoaching is a vital component in being a successful strength coach and personal trainer. Each day\, time will be spent in the gym learning methods to teach proper technique\, as well as perfecting your own.\n\n\nPRIMEIGHT is the group training concept that will be brought to life in January 2017 at the KILO Strength Society Huntington Beach facility. \n\n\n\nFounders Stephane Cazeault and Alexandra Bernardin took their combined 40+ years of experience as strength coaches to devise the ideal group training set-up and periodization for continuous strength gains in the big eight lifts\; squat\, front squat\, deadlift\, overhead press\, incline press\, bench press\, dip\, and chin-up.\n\n\n\nIn the upcoming Training Camp\, you will learn the structure of the concept and be the first to experience PRIMEIGHT with daily training sessions.
