DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Older Americans Month and join HBCOA\, Huntington Beach Senior Services\, & Memorial Care Medical Group on\n\nMay 20th for our 4th annual Step Out for Active Aging \n\nevent as we walk from Rodgers Seniors Center to the HB Pier and back.\n\n\n\nThe Step Out for Active Aging event takes place from 9 am to 11 am with registration beginning at 8 am. This event is FREE and open to everyone!\n\n\n\nThe first 100 people registered will receive free goody bags and a commemorative t-shirt. Warm up with Marianne Grossman\, our very own Senior CardioFit and Total Body Stretch instructor\, take a leisurely or fast paced walk (whichever works for you!) to the pier\, and conclude the event with a drum circle and opportunity drawing.
