Event Details and Guidelines

Event takes place rain or shine. Sorry, no refunds.
No dogs allowed, per city regulations.
There is no large event tent. Some shaded areas are available under trees.
Guests are encouraged to bring lawn, camp, or beach chairs.
Clip-on or freestanding umbrellas are welcome.
No personal EZ-ups or pop-up tents allowed.
No stakes permitted in the artificial turf.
