Join Hoag and the Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce at the forum on healthcare 2012. The Forum on Healthcare 2012, presented by Hoag Hospital Foundation provides Orange County business leaders with access to industry experts on the leading edge of the changes in healthcare. Becoming a “value purchaser” in the new healthcare market space will require a system that is transparent about the quality, cost and outcomes of care. The Forum discussion will focus on what’s needed from all stakeholders to improve access and quality while managing costs.
Panel participants include David Lansky, Ph.D., president and CEO of the Pacific Business Group on Health (PBGH), a purchasing group that insures three million employees, retirees and dependents; and Richard Afable, M.D., president and CEO, Hoag. Moderator Michael A. Mussallem, chairman of the board and CEO, Edwards Lifesciences, will open the Forum on Healthcare 2012 and facilitate the meeting, which will include an audience Q&A session.
