7:15 - 7:35 p.m. = First Speaker
7:35 - 7:45 p.m. = break
7:45 - 8:05 p.m. = Second Speaker
8:05 - 8:20 p.m. = Q & A
8:20 - 8:30 p.m. = wrapping up
8:30 p.m. = dismissed
