Small Business Tax Seminar
The State Board of Equalization is holding a free Small Business Tax Seminar in Huntington Beach on October 2, 2012 from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm at the Old World Restaurant and Banquet facility.
The program is designed as a one-stop-shop for local businesses to get free assistance from the local, state, and federal agencies.
The seminar is free to all attendees and is of great value and usefulness to businesses seeking information about Sales and Use Tax, State Income Tax reporting, Employment Taxes, Permit Requirements, etc.
While the Board of Equalization is the lead agency for this seminar, they are joined by experts from the Franchise Tax Board, Internal Revenue Service, Attorney General's office, EDD as well as local chambers or organizations trying to help small businesses succeed in the area.
