This conference will explore end of life beliefs for four distinct faith practices, discuss coping mechanisms and compassion strategies available for caregivers, explore the concept of a personal spiritual self-care plan, and offer suggestions on ways to integrate that spiritual plan into the lives of the patient and caregiver with balance, humanity, and humility.
