Women's Self Defense Class

Give yourself the gift of peace of mind by signing up for this invaluable seminar taught by Nancy Mueller.

Nancy is an accomplished author and life coach, and has been a student and teacher of Kenpo Karate since 1994.
This is an interactive class for women to learn basic self-defense techniques in a hands on setting.

The class is geared for ages 14 to 94 years of age and we will work through any questions from protecting yourself in social situations to walking with confidence.

The regular class fee is $25, but if you sign up with a friend, you will each receive the discounted rate of $20 (discounts will be applied when payment is made on the day of class).
