About Us

Beachwood Pizza & Beer features handcrafted 16-inch Sourdough pies alongside signature appetizers, salads, sandwiches and of course, great craft beer.

What we are most excited about is our pizza dough! To create Beachwood’s unique dough, we source excellent ingredients, mill our own flour, and craft as much from scratch as possible. We also apply our brewing know-how: for our yeast, we utilize a house sour beer culture from Beachwood Blendery and produce custom “pizza water” for the dough at our local Huntington Beach brewing facility. The result is a buttery, fluffy, caramelized pizza crust that we top with fresh cheeses, cured meats, seasonal vegetables and more.
