I am the owner of IMPACT-X Performance Huntington Beach, where our mission is to help people strengthen their body, mind, and soul while being a light in the community. IMPACT-X combines fitness, recovery, coaching, and personal growth to help individuals and teams perform at a higher level.

I am also a coach, speaker, author of Journey Fitness, franchisor, and host of the IMPACT Lighthouse Podcast, where we shine a light on local businesses, leaders, and stories that deserve to be seen. My passion is helping people become stronger from the inside out while creating meaningful connections between businesses, families, and the Huntington Beach community.
