Huntington Beach Symphony Orchestra with director Grant Sevdayan is pleased to announce its 17th Season's opening concert.Sunday, September 21, 2025, 3:30pm, at the historic Huntington Beach Academy for the Performing Arts Theater (APA), 1905 Main St, HB.
The energy of Brahms' 4th Symphony will "jump-start" this musical celebration. Then Christopher Charbonneau- a phenomenal virtuoso will perform perhaps the most famous classical saxophone solo found in "The Old Castle" by M. Mussorgsky from his Pictures at an Exhibition.
Tenor Todd Strange (Tristan) with sopranos Yen Lin Chin (Isolde) and Emma Ginzel (Brangene) will take the audience to an extended nightly serenade in the beautiful garden of King Mark in Wagner's "Tristan und Isolde". Don't miss these most beautiful musical selections from Act 2
