New business owners often have questions regarding the formalities required to get their business off the ground. This seminar assists the small business owner in determining the best legal structure for their business. In addition, the seminar addresses the common types of contracts small business owners encounter and provides attendees with tips for entering contracts. Finally, the seminar will also touch on protecting the intellectual property of a small business.
Faheem A. Tukhi of Kring & Chung, Attorneys LLP presents this workshop. Faheem A. Tukhi is an associate with Kring & Chung, LLP’s Irvine, CA office. His primary practice areas are business litigation and employment law.
Mr. Tukhi was born in Kabul, Afghanistan, but was raised in Southern California, and speaks fluent Farsi (Dari). He received both his bachelor’s degree and law degree from Chapman University, where he remains an active alumnus and serves on the board of the Chapman Alumni Association.
While in law school, Mr. Tukhi focused his studies on employment law and he interned at two different law firms specializing in employment litigation.
