Oliver Chi was appointed as Huntington Beach’s City Manager in September 2019. He is responsible for the City’s dayto-day operations; directing the staff of approximately 865 full-time employees and 652 part-time employees, overseeing the services of 10 departments, and managing an annual operating budget of nearly $360 million.

Ursula Luna-Reynosa is the Director of Community Development for the City of Huntington Beach. Her economic development and redevelopment experience provides a unique perspective and approach to land use and planning.
