Step Out for Active Aging Walk
Celebrate Older Americans Month and join HBCOA, Huntington Beach Senior Services, & Memorial Care Medical Group on
May 20th for our 4th annual Step Out for Active Aging
event as we walk from Rodgers Seniors Center to the HB Pier and back.
The Step Out for Active Aging event takes place from 9 am to 11 am with registration beginning at 8 am. This event is FREE and open to everyone!
The first 100 people registered will receive free goody bags and a commemorative t-shirt. Warm up with Marianne Grossman, our very own Senior CardioFit and Total Body Stretch instructor, take a leisurely or fast paced walk (whichever works for you!) to the pier, and conclude the event with a drum circle and opportunity drawing. Make a commitment to active aging and join in the fun to celebrate health and community.
